Rally Driving!

Hi Guys

My dog died yesterday so I put the study on hold.  I am still struggling with some of this knowledge but after the NCRG rally today, I feel like I can do it.  I also met champion boxer, Spike O'Sullivan (pictured below).

I spoke to a lot of our local hams who attended and they gave great words of encouragement which made me feel really good, and I want to pass this test now.  I feel more confident now that if I work hard at it, I can pass!

To Ham or not to Ham?

Hi guys,

My name is Jordan and I am 13 years old.

I have just come back from YOTA (Youngsters on the Air) which is a ham radio camp set up to get youth involved in the radio hobby.  I have to admit I've learned a lot in the past week and have really enjoyed my stay, learning and making new friends.

While at YOTA I learned to solder and gain operating experience, and this made me think whether or not I should study for the radio exam.

As I am really tired from the week, I decided to sleep on it.
